- Operator exposure (measured in the breathing zone) is controlled to be less than 0.01ppm.
- Vapour emission contained to less than 4ppb during the liquid transfer.
- No physical contact with the hazardous liquid.
- No physical contact with the contaminated lance.
- No exposure in the breathing zone when removing the lance from the drum.
- The use of tool balancers ensure that no manual handling or ergonomic issues.
- No dip pipe storage problems.
- More efficient and effective use of ventilation.
- Suitable for containers ranging from 10 litre to 1000 litre IBCs.
- Additional containment options available for handling odorous or liquids contaminated with pharmaceutical actives.
- Available in 316L stainless steel and flouropolymer coated 316L stainless steel e.g. PFA, PVDF, ECTFE.
