Operator exposure (measured in the breathing zone) is controlled to be less than 0.01ppm.
Vapour emission contained to less than 4ppb during the liquid transfer.
No physical contact with the hazardous liquid.
No physical contact with the contaminated lance.
No exposure in the breathing zone when removing the lance from the drum.
The use of tool balancers ensure that no manual handling or ergonomic issues.
No dip pipe storage problems.
More efficient and effective use of ventilation.
Suitable for containers ranging from 10 litre to 1000 litre IBCs.
Additional containment options available for handling odorous or liquids contaminated with pharmaceutical actives.
Available in 316L stainless steel and flouropolymer coated 316L stainless steel e.g. PFA, PVDF, ECTFE.
